I don't mean to be could hearted and of course I talk baby talk to babies and give a woman my cart or open a door or help her out when she's caring a baby. I can even see were in some places they have expectant mother parking, although it should not displace handy capped parking and should be right next two it instead.

 I can even see when a woman has health problems like diabetes or is over weight she should be issued a handicapped hanger good for the term of the pregnancy plus a month for recovery.

But some places businesses just totally ignore handy capped marked spaces by taking down the sign, like at the Pizza Hut in Springville. Then people ignore the handicapped parking markings or they wear out.

At that Pizza Hut I think the customers think the handicapped parking makings indicate family with kids parking.

Then there the people who sit in handicapped access isles.

As you know a cop gave me a ticket for me trying to protect my access by parking diagonally to block the access isle when  I was parked in a handy capped spot. The ticket mysteriously never was sent to the court and I never had to go in front of the judge. I'm not going to complain because, like I say I'm old school if a cop realizes he did something not too kosher and doesn't follow threw I'm ok with that.

But I asserted that I park that way to allow access to my vehicle and prevent cars from parking in the access spot( you see  the unwritten handicapped parking rule is protect the space on your side by the way you park), but I also said on this site that I would meat that cop halfway and only block one access isle if I'm the only one in the truck, and while at the Springville Walmart I have never had anyone really parking in the access spots unless they had a handicapped hanger, which I understand,

even though technically they may be blocking others access to there vehicle that where parked before them. I have really never had anyone at that store park in the access lane, even though I have seen it time after time at other places like Quaker crossing theaters'.

But today even though I parked diagonally with my rear end of the F150 out into the drivers side access area. Someone still parked in the access isle.

I mean isn't it obvious that I am saying keep out of that area so I have unfettered access to my door and vehicle? I guess not! I guess I really do have to park the way I use too.

I guess I was 100% right after all instead of being mostly right.

I mean stand in the fire lane if your in the car.

 Sometimes I think they must be waiting for a handicapped family member at forgot there tag or never got a tag.

But this time It turned out the guy was sitting there with a recently born baby in the back car seat, probably waiting for the mother and he got out an took the baby in front and held him while I was unpacking my cart.

Still. When has having a baby and a family meant you are handicapped or have special privileges? I mean besides the boss saying he has a family he need a raise more than you? Or can you stay and work late so and so has a baby or kids and can't? So on and so on? I mean I remember walking a half mile to Satler's with my mother and father when I was 3 with my sister 4 and my little sister 2 being carried by my mother or father, or when we drove tracking threw the snow from the end of the parking lot or the same for Kmart or 2 guys stores or Twin fair. They never complained or parked in the fire lane, there where no such things as handicapped spots back then. My point is we where like very one else, my parents received nor expected  special treatment for being parents with kids. Quite the contrary they realized that children where a blessing and sometimes a curse but it was their  duty to raise the kids within without special treatment from anybody.
