A man Named Dan from Mc Donald's an area supervisor called me to address my complaint that I also sent to Mickey Dee's cooperate.

He assured me that I am always welcome at this and any MC Donald's I want to go thru. It is not company policy to act as the manager did. She should have graciously corrected the mistake. He further indicated that they track times in the window that's why they get so upset. ( I say that's a good reason to fix my order fast then). He apologized and told me she must of been having a bad day. I told him I understand anyone can have a bad day. The only thing I told him is I'm not some drunk or stones teen going threw the drive threw and I don't want to be threatened with police action and I don't care if they came anyways they would just make her give me my money back or fix the order. He said he understood. He told me he would be sending me some free meal coupons I said thanks. So I guess we will keep eating at Mick Dee's.

I will add this line sounds like a line given to all the businesses in Gowanda NY by the cops in Gowanda NY because they all use this rehearsed line when you complain about something they do no matter how illegal there activity is.

Its like this just because you put a line in a contact allowing and illegal act by your company doesn't make it legal.

I have also witnessed many times Gowanda cops asking businesses if they are going to do things legal from know on and then leaving after a promise from that business employee. You know just because the cops give you some latitude as a business don't abuse it!

I ordered my some what usual I always order 2 Double Cheese Burgers, Extra Mustard, Onion, Pickle no Ketchup, and A small fry No salt or a Large Fry no salt( blood pressure). I go thru Mc Donald Drive thru at least 365 times a year and probably closer to 700 times. So I know what a large fry looks like, In fact I always visit what every thyme restaurant in what ever city I visit on Vacation. While out of the almost 600 times I've ordered from The Gowanda Mc Donald. I've had a problem 14 or 15 times in which my cheese burger has Ketchup on it and asked for it to be redone. They have only really screwed up big 3 times once inside when they kept taking all the fries to make drive in orders and after about 15 minutes standing on bad knees and with a bad back and worse of all making my diabetic mother wait for food when he sugar was low. I complained and complained, asking why they always make you what inside( they always take care of the window first and screw the inside customers who are generally old people and families with young kids, they have a timers on the window. I always go thru the window. I also always almost order small fry's because they all ways short the big fry's and put a small fry amount in the biggest fries, and every other time at least 300 times I have never said anything because the rest of your meal gets cold.

The other time they screwed up it was the end on the month and I had like $3 left to my name in my Bank account but I had a quarter in my pocket and I felt like MC Donald's. So I went thru the drive thru and asked the girl to put $3 on my check card and the tax I would pay he in cash $.26 cents or what ever it is and they had done this at the drive threw once before. She ignores me runs the card and tells me it went threw. I said what? What did you do? She said it went threw. I said no shit it went threw those Cheeseburgers just cost me $40 the bank charges a overdraft fee for the $.26 overdraft. Void the charge out so the bank doesn't charge me $35. We can't do that we can only refund. A refund does help me they will still charge me the $35 dollars. This is ridicules I called the bank number and they had already charged me the overdraft fee of $35. So know I'm talking to the manager I tell her refund the charge and I'll tell the bank it was unauthorized which it was and maybe they will give me the fee back. the only problem know is I only have $.25 on me and no food and I just took my diabetes medicine and my blood sugar is low. She then gave me the meal on the so called house so instead of $35 dollars for 2 double Cheese burgers and a small fry, it only cost me $33.00 in Bank fees. They should have gave me $33 in coupons or something to compensate me but they didn't. So I just didn't order for a while then I found some coupons for buy on Get on Free in the dumpster and after I got $35 in Bogo food in the coming weeks, I felt we where even and I could eat there again.

Today though I went right back thru the line and waited the 5 minutes to get up to the speaker eat one burger while it was still hot.

When I get up to the speaker I ask why they put a small fry amount in the large fry box. They act like I'm an idiot and say its the right amount. I say I want a new fry made or my money back. The girl tells me I'm not giving you anything for something you purchase the other day. I say what are you talking about I have the fries right her. let me talk to the manager. She tells me to pull up to come in, I say I'm not coming in I brought the food in the drive threw and I have a sprained ankle. She keeps telling me to come in. I tell her I want to talk to the manger. She tells me to pull up( the only problem is they're cars in front of me. I say I want to talk to the manger go get her. I can't get the manager. You cant help me I want to talk to the manger. The manger not available. The manger said to tell you She calling the police. I say call the police. Either give me a refund or remake my whole meal because it all could now. Where not going to do that. Where calling the police, I say I'm not moving until the manager talks to me. (I know the MO they want to get you to the window then they say your harassing them. The safest thing to do is stay at the speaker, only because its probably recorded and throwing the fires at the speaker if you do lose it probably won't get you throw in jail but throwing them at the person in the window will in some places).

Also I never go into the store if I order in the store I complain in the store. If I order at the speaker expect me to complain at the speaker.( Also because your holding up the people behind you theoretically any good restaurant would treat you better in an attempt to get to the customers behind you, if they don't care about customer service they just get pissed and threaten you with jail!). Its like this if you place an order on the internet you do it because you don't want to deal with the people in the store or on the phone. Nothings worse then an internet realer that calls you on the phone telemarketing you after the sale.

I say I am not pulling up to the front window there's still a line after the middle window, she says pull up to the middle window, I say middle window. Yes! No surprise when I get up there no manger, I'm nice I say please replace this meal or refund my money: I get a no. I say where's the manger. Now I'm being some what ignored while she's taking orders from the people behind me. I say get me the manger. She says something. I say you know what I don't need attitude from you where is the manger. The manger Cindy comes up and I tell her I want my meal remade or a refund. She just say I'm calling the cops your harassing us. I say call the cops, they just tell you to give me my money back or refund my money. I'm calling the cops! Go head and I'll make sure to sue you and McDonald. Look I come thru her almost everyday and I've been going thru Mc Donald all my life I know what a Large fry looks like. Either remake my whole cold order or give me my money back. She says: Your harassing us, your always harassing me and my employees' I'm calling the cops. I say: Call the dam cops. Remake my orders or give me my money back.

She leaves, and the girl at the window says she's calling the cops. I say fine. I have all day. You don't. You want to take the people behind me's orders. Then Cindy( who is either Mexican or American Indian and not bad looking for her age accept she always looks tired and sometimes she has bruises on the eye or face, so I guess she's victim of domestic violence and she hates me and men. (Especially a man that turns her on sexually. She wants to hate men or me, but is pissed because I turn her on. Or maybe she's a Lesbo and she's pissed off because I turn her on and she realizes she wasted her whole life being a Lesbo and she really needs me or men.) This is a wild guess!

Or she's a Mexican and she hates my personal opinions on the Mexican invasion of the USA she takes my bag goes up and gets me $4.50. Come back then practically throws the money at me. All the change falls to the ground and I have the $4 dollars in my hand. She slams the window and walks away. I hold up the 4 bucks and tell the girl they still owe me a dollar. She telling me to go away . I waive the 4 dollars and say: Where the rest of the refund money, you see they owe me a complete refund for all the time wasted out of my life and all the harassment and yelling at me on their part. (I actually had to take a Metroprolol after I pulled out for my blood pressure, my had was shaking from all the adrenaline, I hate people yelling at me).

This is why I don't usually complain its not worth a heart attack, or panic attack over a Mc Donald's meal. I wave the money and ask for the rest of it. By this time I even have red necks pulling up on the side of my truck yelling at me too, because they don't like the wait. I just ignore them. Cindy comes to the window gets a dollar out of the drawer and gives it to me. Tells me , will you leave. I'm calling the cops and I said yes I will leave and I start to pull out and she yells at me. Don'ts come back your always harassing my employees. I say Its not harassment asking for your order to be corrected, but accusing me of harassment is slander. She says: I'm calling the cops. I pull away and as I'm pulling to the front window a girls hanging out the window relaying my plate number. I say tell the cops to meet me at my house.

The cops are not a tool of your corrupt no money back company policy and we don't have to make your order right because we have more customers than we can handle policy.

If someone asked to talk to the manager, the manger is obligated to talk to them and not somebody that can't give a refund or correct the problem. The police are not a tool of your repressive company policy or to be used because you don't like a customer or their personal beliefs about Mexican people invading the USA or the customer reminds you of an old wife beating boyfriend.

Listen to what your customers are saying and fix it and be nice to them especially to a customer that spends at least $3000 a year at your establishment.

They don't treat me like shit at Tim Horton's. They even know my order. That's why I spend at least $2.74 a day there for my large coffee 6 sweet and lows, a and low fat blueberry muffin. I actually have to budget my money for what I consider treats Mc Donald's and Time Horton. Next to Diet Cherry Pepsi they are my only vices nowadays.

I expect to be treated fairly and not have the cops called in or threat of them being called because of your lazy croaked ass or you don't like me. OOO! and I will sue your ass for slander or liable and accusation of harassment. Watch you freakin slanderous or liable mouth and poor attitude!

They all profess a hatred of Cops, the police, the man, but I don't care what the problem is that they have, no matter how small.

I mean I was watching a reality show one time and the girl on it didn't like something that someone said, so she called the cops 911 and tried to have the girl arrested for harassment. The cops have better things to do than mediate your stupidity and ignorance or civil matters. If you can't talk over a problem and solve it with out the help of police you really screwed up. I mean black are constantly calling the cops to mediate and when the cops get there they don't want to tell them what went on.

Also have any of you ever heard that tape of a woman that called 911 because her food order at burger king was wrong. It seems like she was really an idiot, but I'm sure she has had restaurants refuse to correct the problem and then threaten to call the police on her or actually call the police on her and she was probably just making a preemptive strike.

Also, if you don't refund a person money or correct the order until they are satisfied, that person has a legal license to be on a business property where the transaction took place. If you want to request him to leave you must first refund all the money on the transaction slip and then request that they leave the property and make it clear that you don't not just want them out of the drive thru. You want them completely off the property and state your authority as owner or manager telling them your name or employee number. Then after they pull away give them 2 or 3 minutes to write your name down, find the address or store number and vacate the property.

If that doesn't happen call the police and get them for trespassing. This is only if your company policy authorizes you to do this if your a company store. You have to be a dully authorized representative of your company which an owner is.

It's like the manager and store employee that lost their job because they presumed and tackles a person robbing a vending machine on premises. most companies don't want the liability of a law suite cause by the actions of their employees and regulate employees interaction with customers and police.

Also if your screwing the customer expect them to be loud or indignant they have a right to be unless you fix the problem. If they threaten to kill you or strike out at you call the police if you think you need too. But it's best to just fix the problem then give them there money back to defuse the situation. In LA and other places if you don't do this and even if you call the police. You'll just piss of the person more, I mean a gang banger will just come back and shoot you and everyone in the store, as will a mentally derange person, so it's never a good idea too give customers a hard time.
