Governor Spitzer wants to give Illegal aliens a New York State Drivers license. This is what I mean when I say illegal's have more rights than us, USA citizens. When I moved Back to NY state after living in Las Vegas for about a year even though I had a Nevada Drivers license, a credit card, a social security card, a bank card, a birth certificate and NY had my old drivers license information at there finger tips, yet I could not get my NY drivers license! They told me I didn't have enough points of ID and there was no way that I would have the requires points of id until I got a new credit card. So I used the Nevada license for a couple of months while I obtained the credit card.
The US constitution states that all State governments and agencies are to give the documents of all other US states and the federal government the same weight as there own documents, which means I should have been issued a new Divers license with just a drivers license from Nevada with no other information. Further the constitution gives the president of the United states the sole power to make treaties with other governments with the approval of congress, further states are no suppose to be making treaties with foreign governments. Yet the NY State department of motor vehicles has a treaty with Ontario Canada for reciprocity when it comes to traffic tickets. (Unconstitutional)
The governor of New York, a state that doesn't give the documents of other US states presented by US citizens the same weight as there own documents, in fact NY state doesn't give federal government documents the same weight as there own documents.
Our states governor Spitzer wants to usurp the US constitution some more by making what only can be called a treaty with Mexico. A treaty that will allow more weight for Mexican Documents or other states documents issued to illegal Mexicans than the documents of other US states issued to legal US citizens and also the federal documents of legal US citizens.
Illegal's have more rights in our country than we do. They are becoming a protected and entitled class of people... The only problem is they don't answer to the USA they answer to Mexico we cant even execute a Illegal Mexican convicted of murder because they are protected by treaty and treated as foreign nationals.
I'm going to say this again I am not against Mexicans. In fact I've had things for and with Mexican woman in the past. In Las Vegas I use to hang with a Mexican American, a Guy from East LA born in the USA former gang member, turning his life around. In fact he went to Hooters with me and my brothers and celebrated my birthday when it came up.
There was a Mexican woman there I had my eye on since she told me she didn't like to go out clubbing anymore because she didn't like crack heads trying to pick her up she would rather do other things. (My kind of woman). I would go there for the wings naked, the only place that didn't boil their wings first.
His mother worked at Walmart and he worked at the 99 cent store. We would hang at my apartment, the pool or casinos.
Get this he had his identity stolen by an Illegal Mexican, and because he was way behind in child support from being in jail, the Illegal that was using his SSN actually paid his back 60k in child support. So don't believe the people that tell you illegal's only take low paying jobs. In Las Vegas if you include tips, most illegal's that work the service industry make 50k plus another 100k in tips without paying taxes.
The only good thing that can come out of this is now they can track the Mexican's driving without insurance, but 10 the 1, 95% of these drivers licenses will be issued to false identities anyways and there should be a mandatory drivers test for all illegal's to see if they can actually drive and read or understand street signs. They should also stamp illegally in country on each drivers license they issue. In fact the local county clerks should do this on there own.

The following I would do though, because Illegal's don't pay taxes don't pay for schooling there kids in this country, don't pay for medical care, don't get the necessary permits to march or protest, can get car loans, bank loans, and mortgages without income verification or proper Identification or back ground check. Can You do that? I think not. They have more perks and rights than we do. Plus they don't go to jail for most crimes they just get deported. I would annex Mexico as a US territory go in and clean up the corrupt government. Take away everyone's guns in Mexico. Issue Mexicans a special Mexican ID card. I would make Mexico a new Puerto Rico with all the Tax beaks except no US citizenship rights. I would change the USA laws that make people USA citizens because they where born here, if at least one parent wasn't a USA citizen at the time of birth or in this country legally. This would allow investment in Mexico and jobs and economic grow there instead of having everyone come into the USA to work. If you haven't noticed Illegal Mexicans are destabilizing the USA and taking over the country by shear numbers. They do more damage thru Identity Theft and Identity Fraud, SSN Fraud and gang membership and not paying there taxes than the benefit of fulfilling our need for manual labor. They already consider LA the new Capital of Mexico and make no bones about reclaiming California as Mexican land. They love to become United States Marine's because of the United States Marine Corp occupation of Mexico city in the Mexican war in 1847: During the Mexican War, Marines occupied the "Halls of Montezuma" during the Battle of Chapultepec in Mexico City. The royal palace fell to invading US Marines, US Marines also helped capture California.. Mexicans don't want to be assimilated. I figure that because they don't practice birth control sooner or later the USA will fall to them if nothing is done. We actually have to open our borders to former east European communist countries like Poland, and the Ukraine where unemployment is high and allow more immigration from them. Right now the only way they get here is forced servitude on a limited number of work visa's. Proximity to our nations borders should not dictate USA immigration policy or be a reason for bestowing unearned USA citizenship. Since we are having no luck closing our southern borders, we have to reinstate an open immigration policy for everyone but the Islamic's.
