The only thing that still irritates me is Marian Vanni and Belmont Shelter allowing rents of $380 paid by the government and the tenant for a one bed room in Gowanda NY and $480 for a 2 bedroom. I have been doing research and the going price for a 1 bedroom in Gowanda is $230 a month and a 2 bedroom is $330.00 and Hud allows up to 125% of market price which means my rent should have been $287.50 a month and not $380.00 a month.

The only perplexing think for me is what to do with  my 3 surveillance cameras. Store them or  install one in the garage to watch the truck and property stored in the garage, but since the door don't close I want to make sure the neighbors don't mind first. Actually I'll just store them unless I find property missing then I'll install one in the garage.( I know from reading the papers that in the country most property crimes are people breaking into your garage.)

This is a big difference from how my place in Gowanda was!

For you out there that don't know I've lived in an apartments probably 25 out of my 47 years of life and besides this apartment complex I've really never had a problem. The thing with this place is instead of living in there apartments everyone here wants to live outside the main entrance door and in front of my apartment without any regards to the amount of noise they make, what they do and, who they talk about.

They will stand outside your apartment and talk about you, and you hear everything and I've learned a long time ago to just ignore 99% of the stuff that's apartment living.

 I won't tolerate illegal activity outside my door though, it don't matter if you a man or a woman, go in your apartment and do it as long as your guest don't take tenants parking spots.

I mean the old black woman had been dealing pot form her apartment for the longest time, and hid it good so I didn't say anything, but she's gone know because she gave me the finger into my camera and she thought I was going to turn over video of her main suppler to the cops or something, so now she's Dunkirk's problem.

So now this village and its Judge has to decide one thing.

 Do they support a Pakistani Millionaire , and his racist apartment supervisor? By the way I had checked the NY State department of state corporations and business filings a couple of months ago and I couldn't and I can't seem to find any of the required legal papers, but I seem to be able to find them now for MAK Towers LLC, MAK Group of Companies, but it list them now ,but it list the address as MAK GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC. 78 PINELAKE DR AMHERST, NEW YORK, 14221 nice company pool Shezad, all those 4 by 4's in front of the  house next Door, it remind me of  the rich Arab sheik royalty driving down the road in that movie in Saudi Arabia with George Clooney, the one Glorifying Islamic terrorist (Suriana), the one where he couldn't save the guy from the J-Dam slamming into the car special delivery of an  American oil company executive thru the CIA and US Air force from above killing only the people in the silver SUV leaving the Jason Born actor guy alive and in Horror.

Here is a tip Shezad don't use your home Address as a Corporate filling Address. The only reason I'm saying this is that:

What this case is really about is me feeling secure in my home and everybody that lives here feeling secure in in our person, and safe in our home, free from harassment from the apartment super and free from illegal actions by you and anybody else that circumvent due process and the use of the courts no matter how flawed the justice court system maybe.

You know where I live and now everyone knows where you live.

Lets follow the money. You will notice mapped out all the homes and businesses and players in this case except for the police and the judge which probably would be illegal. I find it's better to have all the cards on the table going into court and it short of irks me that most of the players in this except for me where unknown to me pulling the strings of there government puppets behind the scene and communicating back and forth, that is why I decided to connect the dots.

Also I  tell you also that my sister was picked by Marian Vanni and the town supervisor in North Collins and the rest of the town consul in North Collins to replace the town councilman that is retiring and she starts here term in January. They did this before they knew she was my sister and I had no idea that Vanni was a town councilman and I though my sister was misguided  for running in the election anyways.

 I mean her job takes a lot of her time and she's the busiest person I know and while I might be my brother keeper, but my two sisters and I besides being close while we where younger have each made our way in the world separately since we turned 30.

 We where all going to be in  my mothers and I, second to last business together back in 95 but they both bailed before the franchise purchase went threw because there jobs took to much of there time.

Anyways I don't care if my sisters a town councilmen, or if they decide to go back on it like the scum I think Vanni is and would do or she becomes one liked they promised her.

 To me Vanni is illegally holding that job in violation of the hatch act and should lose it and lose her position at Belmont, but who knows if that will ever happen.

I live in Gowanda and 2 years of making a place for myself here is what I'm concerned with. I made this my home and I'll be dammed if I'm going to let anyone  rail road me without a fight.

Like that Tom Petty song says you can stand me up at the gates of hell but I won't back down.

Ponder this then how odd do you think it is that at almost the same time Vanni was scamming to get me out of here with all these low level want a be shysters and Shezad she was also voting with the rest of the town consul for my sister to be a councilmen.

 Also ponder this: The last time and only time I ever was in Gowanda before moving here for almost no reason I was delivering Coke to the store across the street from where I live now and the prison down the street and the same week, if not day I had a deliver to Shezad in Buffalo and got a check from him at 1968 Niagara St. This was in a while a go the same scary guy in a leather jacket was there that time as came by to check the steps here in Gowanda when Joe fell down them a couple weeks ago singling to me in my opinion that Shezad's company is supporting Islamic fundamentalist.

You don't have to take my word for it Coke is so annul they probably still have a record of those deliveries. That was the only thing about Coke that was different than Pepsi or RC Cola they would send me four or five hundred miles in a day delivering pop and pay me carp. When I was at Pepsi working for my brother in-law on his route (he probably remembers Shezad too because that's when I first delivered pop to Shezad) before working at Coke or owning my own route at RC Cola after working at Coke,  when I had my own RC route making the big bucks I would put 20 miles a day in driving at the most.

If I was really to venture a Guess to what is going on I would say that Shezad and his family are buying buildings that all are pretty much the same and can be easily converted into Mosque in the future. I mean look at the satellite pictures of the buildings. This is pretty obvious, but its the stuff that's not obvious that gets you.

I'm happy to report that I settled with the landlord, only because if I would have lost I wouldn't have been eligible for section 8 in the future and even though I don't really give a shit about section 8 eligibility, my sisters and mother (woman always worry about being broke and destitute and having nothing ,as a man I don't think I ever worry about that, if I'm broke, I'm broke, if I'm rich, I'm rich, if I'm living in a mansion, I'm living in a mansion, if I'm homeless, I'm homeless, it doesn't worry me one bit where I'm at or going, it's the journey that makes life worth living) they are worried that if my panic attacks flair up in the future, the same thing that landed me here in Gowanda along with the bad back and pain and rumatiod arthritis( 2 years ago I could barley walk with a cane or even stand or sit, I hope I never get that bad again), I will need it after 3 more years on the list, not that I don't believe that Belmont wouldn't screw me out of it anyways, but who knows.

How embarrassing pathetic is it that a disabled man with rumatiod arthritis, panic attacks, a bad back and bad knees is such a threat that you have to evict him from his apartment? Just so some corrupt politician and her puppet masters, there relatives and there boy friends that park in my spot, and the big Bad Pakistani millionaire, and also the drug dealers can feel safe standing outside my apartment 24/7 doing whatever it is they do!

That's rot in hell or purgatory or reincarnated as a dung beetle pathetic!

That just goes to show you business as usual is the same in western NY as business as usual in Pakistan. Grease the wheels of the politicians with graft and cash and gifts.

I have a plan and am not really going anyplace far or maybe I will, it depends or I would have not made an agreement and took my chance in court.

I heard good things about Justice Peters from a neighbor and my lawyer thought after hearing all the cases that he would have gave me plenty of time to get out but still evicted me.

My agreement doesn't stop me from suing any of the parties involved or taking any other legal action and gives me until the end of January to get out of this hole.

But the landlord and his company will discover something about internet search engines in a couple months and years and already one of my sites comes up 3rd when you look for his company. It might end up that when someone looks for his company 30 websites of mine will come up before his all with my opinion about him and his doings.

 He would have been smarter to just let me alone for the year the law prohibits landlords  against retaliatory evictions and ended this amicably.

That's the thing about the internet its all there infinitely.

I've decided that I'm tired of hearing people fight, and beat each other and swear at there kids and everything else.

There are 3 kinds of people at this place. Those that are disabled and are stuck here. Those that are young and old and on the wrong track and they may or may not change, but they don't seem to care either way.

Lastly their are the kids and as much as I might think they are doomed, that is not always the case as long as they go to school. When I had the Pizzeria some of the teens that worked there had parents that where heroin or crack addicts and the teens where the straight responsible ones in there families.

Actually I should have said 4 kinds of people.

The one unwed mother here watches her 2 boys or has someone watch them and if you tell her something like her kids where unattended when they where suppose to be watched by someone else, she will go let that person have a peace of her mind for not watching her kids right and if it happens more than once she won't rely on that person again. She doesn't attack the person that informs her what he saw, she is a good mother and her kids have a chance in life, if she keeps it up. 

I'm not even against unwed mothers I am against abortion and actually think woman that keep there children and raise them alone are doing the right thing (in a moment of lust you became pregnant, you don't and to that sin by aborting) as Christians though they have the reasonability also to take care of those kids and bring them up and instruct them in Christianity through the church.

I'm just some poor disabled man living in little old Gowanda NY and the landlord is some rich Pakistani millionaire living it up in a house that's as big as all 30 apartments in this building in Gowanda NY.

I also noticed Shezad's house is painted, has a good roof, paved driveway and is in Good shape not like this building the biggest most prominent building in Gowanda NY is in complete disrepair with major structural problems all on the USA HUD government dime.

As I was  writing that last Sentence John from Neighborhood Legal Service called me and told me they are taking the case.

I had talked to him earlier and he said my answer to the landlord attorney was pretty strongly worded and I said yes it was. I said look I have a website CopperSneak.com and lots of people read it. I said if your a corrupt government worker or a corrupt cop your going to hate me or my position. I am what I am and I'm not going to hide it. I said I don't think having a lawyer is going to effect my case one way or another. I'm either going to lose or win( I said unless there going to try to frame for something criminal using the civil case), the Judge lives down the street on Buffalo street in Gowanda, he is either going to have seen the changes so far and believe its Shezad and his racist supervisor who got the job done when he could not do it before, or they had plenty of help from me and some people her standing up, picking themselves up by there bootstraps and making changes in there life.

I said this case is more about the Landlord circumventing due process and the use of the court system than anything else. I said if you want to take the case I appreciate the help and the balls in your court, your the lawyer I'll listen to you.

Just one caveat here my sister is the Director of operations of a major real estate company in Buffalo, and she told me to call these guys NLS.ORG. She has great admiration for them even though they are always opposing consul. When she shows up in court with the company lawyer she has all her paper work and the company she works for has gone threw all due process and they have a lawyer that handles their approximate 100,s-1000,s of evictions a year. She even told me that the Buffalo City Housing court judge has made her change the apartment rental contracts about 40 time's because questions of legality of some clauses.

 What's my point. The point is she has integrity, she's using the legal system that's there and due process and she's not mad or the companies not mad about paying a lawyer for real estate businesses, it is part of the cost of doing business.

One foot note: my sister and I almost never talk and she has a lot of views that are diametrically opposed to mine. But when she first took the job at this place she would call me because when I had my carpet cleaning company for five years I dealt with numerous property managers, maintenance managers, and all the employees, they where my bread and butter to the tune of a many hundred thousand's a year, so I was fully versed in all aspects of property management and what is and is not legal and how reputable firms operate.

I am an expert in apartment rental, apartment, turn over, punch out, management, payment and finance and what can and can not be charged for when people move out of there apartments, along with being an expert in carpet and upholstery cleaning, restoration, water damage of floors, walls, carpets, upholstery and there care and restoration.

But you see my sister was having a major problem with the moral dilemma of evicting poor people from apartments and I guess the people at that place had a problem to because when she got their, there was a major back log of cases and people that hadn't paid their rent for 6 or 7 months and hadn't been evicted.

She called me and wanted to know what a Christian should do?

I told her work with the people you believe are really in trouble and are honest and make a payment plan and if they keep to it fine, if they don't you gave them a chance, but first refer them and everyone else to social services to see if they will help them out and work with social services.

So now she's also an expert in property management, finances and turn over , maintenance, so on and so on. So it's two experts on apartment management   and turn over and the proper and legal way to do things, my sister and I,  against one new comer who does things illegally because he still believes he is in Pakistan and he is a so called slum lord.

She talks highly of the judges that protect the right of these people and of the lawyers especially Neighborhood legal services. She even told me her favorite lawyer there was a lawyer named Grace and she was really good at what she does. I will tell you though as I found out there case load is heavy I called at 9:02 and talked to someone and when I hung up and called back at 9:08 to ask something, they where done taking new clients for the day and they hadn't done intake for a week.

Lets follow the money.

This is the landlord who won't do what's necessary to keep the building up and circumvents the courts systems and has the blessing of the Belmont Shelter employee and town Councilman Marian Vanni who keeps increasing his government subsidized rent, she's from 1 town over that keeps Dumping her rich constituents problem drug using relatives on this village, that's money, drugs and, Islam, and corruption, an old Italian woman, a sexy young unwed controlling  Italian mother who was obsessed with me and her drug dealing boyfriend, and her rich relatives, also the landlords man the police chief ( really strange bed fellows, but business as usually for western NY).

Just a foot note there nothing more that I hate then printing companies and there owners. I use to be in a business that dealt with these people.

 Or they can chose me a truthful, drug  free, anti-corruption, Christian values, disabled, former hard working workaholic that doesn't take shit from corrupt government employees or abusive landlords or drug pushers, or a  old Italian woman.

The strange thing is I'm the republican and all these other's are probably democrats, but maybe it's not that strange. There all off the deep end radical left and I'm not a conservative I'm down the middles on most things, I vote my conscience and not party lines because the truth is the truth and right is right.

I have put together and preliminary answer to your petition and demand of eviction and answered each one of your slanderous and liable continuous lies and assertions.

Please provide me proof that landlord returned Belmont Shelters portion of payment for 36 East Main Apartment 17 before petition for eviction was delivered or copy of deposit ticket for such money, if he deposited the funds.

Please provide proof of filing of LLC Documents and currently up to date on all franchise taxes and provide list of all partners in company in order to determine conflict of interest and who has authority in MAK Towers LLC.

Please provide a copy of Business license.

Please provide a copy of all construction and repair permits for each repair made to my and every apartments in order to bring them up to code. Please provide proof that all repair employees are being paid the prevailing wage for all work performed on moderate rehab properties as required by law.

Please provide calendar of meetings between all Police chief's and Shezad, All Belmont Shelter employees and Shezad and receipts indicating who paid for what.

Please produce any letters of complaints about me from any other resident to support your contentions.

Please provide a copy of any police report alleging criminal activity by me.

Please provide a copy of termination letters served to any tenant that I have made accusations about and the reason for there termination. Please provide complete names of all occupants of said apartments.

Please provide copies of criminal records reports for every tenant that I have complained about or that has complained about me.

I further am asserting that I am one of only five tenants that are not living in violation of the terms of the moderate rehab program and almost every other tenant in this building has one or more unreported sources of income in violation of HUD regulations, including Don the apartment supervisor, Joe the handy man who live's with his girl friend and is not on the paper work and almost every other unwed mother in this place.

80% of the people in this place have unreported income known to Don , Shezad and Marian Vanni and Belmont, some tenants generate this income from drug sales and others from working off the books.

Please provide a copy of termination letter served on Joan, Joe's girl friend for breaking and entry and destruction of door and assaulting the woman in apartments 18, and provide disposition of her criminal case for breaking and forced entry.

Please provide a copy of termination letter for African America woman who has gone to jail 3 times since moving in here and regularly is beat by her husband and beats him back.

Please provide a copy of termination letter served Lisa G and 8 months before the termination letter for her sister for physical attacking each other and being arrested..

If any of this people have not been served termination letters for there criminal and violent activity, State reason why this was not done and the reasoning why you would terminate my tenancy when I have never threaten anyone, assaulted anyone or harassed any one.

You allege harassment by me of others please provide any evidence that I have ever been arrested for harassment in my life.

Please provide names of all police officers that went door to door collecting rent and telling people they had to move with Don at there side in the last 2 years and indicate if landlord paid there salaries.

This is for the court I have DVDs and or Video tape showing that I was in my apartments or I had pulled up to my apartments exited my truck and there was a person waiting to confront me and harass me and I purposely remained inside my apartment behind a closed screen door while these people waited to I came home to harass me or I was talking in a nice neighborly way and they started yelling and cussing at me first while I was in my apartment. I did all my arguing behind a closed screen door while standing inside my apartments. Please indicate if I need to bring in a DVD player and TV or the court has equipment available to look at these videos, the audio without the video may be miss leading because I you can't tell I'm in doors and am talking towards the mic. threw the screen door so I am at a higher volume.

Also I would ask that your Honor compel landlord's attorney to provided everything I am asking he provided within your Honors discretion and I realize some of the items would only be available for viewing in court and not before.
